For me, the highlight of Vegas was the Neon Museum...
15 minutes drive away from the main strip is a boneyard chock full of the most amazing old signs from Las Vegas's colourful past. Each sign has a story behind it, and there are a LOT of signs at the museum...
It was such an incredible place, it was amazing that the signs had been kept and preserved and I loved hearing all the stories of old Vegas, back when the floors had sawdust all over them because cowboys were allowed to bring their horses into the casino with them!
I could have spent all day in that yard - I LOVED IT!
