The weather during our Big Sur drive was very changeable, it went from sunny to cloudy to incredibly foggy to sunny again - but the views looked amazing whatever the weather...
It's an amazing stretch of road - so many twists and turns along the cliff edges, with amazing views and drops down to the sea. We didn't mind getting stuck behind a caravan this time because it meant we could enjoy the views for a bit longer!
