Gators...

Before crossing the border into Texas, we stopped off for another Louisiana experience... a Gator Farm!

There were LOADS of them, all sunning themselves or taking a little dip in the pool. They're amazing creatures, their skin looked so thick and tough and they stay so so still, just looking like logs, waiting for an unsuspecting animal to come close enough for them to snap up!

 There were some other animals at the farm too...

 We stayed long enough to see the gators being fed, and for a mooch around the gift shop...

Then it was time to get back on the road to Texas!
