04. Staten Island

Challenge Unsuccessful.
The blumming ferry didn't show up!

We were doing soooo well, and we'd timed it to perfection (completely by chance), as we arrived at the Staten Island Ferry terminal 10 minutes before the ferry was to leave and just as the sun was beginning to set. But, the ferry never showed up. The crowds waiting to get on the boat got bigger and bigger and the sun got lower and lower... and before you knew it, it was dark outside and we'd been standing aroudn for nearly 30 minutes.

Because the rest of the challenge (ie. the film) needed to completed at a certain time, we could either have gone to Staten Island for an hour (rather than the shorter 5 minutes we'd planned) and miss the film, or we could miss Staten Island and finish the 5th Challenge...
