One the walk back to the Ferry port I stopped off to look at the 9/11 Memorial, it was for all the people from Staten Island who lost their lives, many of them were firefighters who must have been working for Manhattan divisions. It was a lovely idea to have the face profiles, on the plaques - they lovely shadows, the memorial must look dramatic at all times of the day.
