I can highly recommend it - although I used blue cheese instead of smoked cheese, and I have a sneaky feeling that White Wine Vinegar doesn't exist in America. I spent AGES staring at the vinegar sections in Whole Foods, The Food Emporium AND The Brooklyn Fare and could NOT find White Wine Vinegar anywhere...
