Brooklyn Flea Market...

After a little bit of lunch in Dumbo, I carried on walking through the cobbled streets and past the renovated warehouses (they've all been turned into arty farty bookshops and studios and interior design shops - bloody brilliant!) and walked towards the Brooklyn Bridge.

In between the two bridges is a really lovely small park with Willow Trees and a playground and benches looking out over the river, it's beautiful.

A little bit further on there was a Farmer's Market, a small one, but it looked like it had some delicious things for sale, and then a bit further on still was The Brooklyn Flea Market...

It's a flea market with a pretty impressive view!

There were all sorts of things for sale, lots of handmade bits and pieces, screen printed t-shirts, bags, pickles, old LPs, antiques, junk, lobster rolls, soup, bikes, hats, boots...

There was a stall called Good Olde Things that was selling very similar things to The Upper Rust from the other weekend, they had some fantastic big enamel letters for sale, they had some fantastic furniture too...

I am now the proud owner of a very nice, white and slightly rusty capital R.
