It's Groundhog Day today!
Despite the snow and the icy rain and freezing temperatures, Chuck, the Staten Island Groundhog has predicted that we'll be having an early spring! His Groundhog friend in Philedelphia had the same prediction, so two Groundhogs can't be wrong...
