The highlight of our journey back to Brooklyn each evening is hearing the different buskers at Lorimer Station, there are a few that we love, like the accordian player, or the girl with the ukelele, but within the last couple of weeks there's been some newcomers and I think they've taken to top spot on my favourites list...
The guy on the left (with the hoodie) is especially brilliant, he played on his own the first couple of times we saw him, but he's started pairing up with this other guy, and they sound fantastic.
They sing this song each time they're there and I can't get it out of my head for the rest of the evening, that's a sign a pretty bloody good busker if their own songs get stuck in your head...
Hopefully they'll start selling CDs or something, who knows they might become famous one day?!
Whether they become famous or not, they manage to take away the annoyances of the day and make that last bit of our commute faaaar more enjoyable.
