
This weekend just gone, I went for an explore around the Meat Packing District, tres trendy area - full of fashion houses and trendy bars and lots of people who might be famous or might just want to be... I couldn't really tell.

Then I carried on strolling down along the Hudson River...


These are spectacular photos and we are intrigued to know what the things are sticking out of the water - they look like stumps of wood but why so many? We remember the Hudson river from our school days!
ReplyDeleteThey were stumps of wood - but I don't really know why they were there... I just assumed they were from old jetties or something?
ReplyDeleteI watched the programme about the aeroplane that crashed into the Hudson River, I didn't realise it was quite so big...
